Welcome to AutoSkinz. These Terms and Conditions govern purchases made through our online store and orders placed directly through our official communication channels.
By placing an order, you agree to these Terms and Conditions, subject to your rights under applicable consumer protection laws.

AutoSkinz is a business registered in Poland, specializing in automotive vinyl graphics, car pillar decals, window graphics and custom designs.
2. Products
We offer automotive vinyl decals, window graphics, vehicle wraps and personalized designs.
Product descriptions, photographs, dimensions and specifications are provided on the relevant product pages.
Please note that colors may vary slightly depending on your screen settings, lighting conditions and printing materials.
Customers are responsible for checking product specifications and vehicle compatibility before ordering. Please contact us if you need assistance.
3. Orders
Orders can be placed through our online store or directly through our official communication channels.
For direct orders, product specifications, prices, payment arrangements and delivery details will be agreed upon before the order is confirmed.
We reserve the right to contact customers if additional information is required to fulfill an order.
An order is accepted when we confirm it or begin processing it, subject to applicable law.
4. Prices and Payments
Product prices are displayed in the currency applicable to the selected store or agreed upon during a direct order.
We accept the payment methods available at checkout, including card payments processed through Shopify Payments.
For direct orders, we may also accept bank transfers or payments through Wise.
Payment must be completed in accordance with the terms communicated during checkout or agreed upon for a direct order.
Customers receive an order confirmation. Invoices are available upon request, and we issue any documentation required by applicable law.
5. Custom and Personalized Orders
Customers may request individually designed graphics, custom dimensions or other personalized modifications.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate measurements, specifications and reference materials.
Design previews may be provided upon request. If a customer requests a preview, production will begin after the necessary details and any agreed approval have been obtained.
Customers must ensure that any materials they submit for customization can lawfully be used for their requested purpose.
Products made to individual customer specifications may be excluded from change-of-mind returns where permitted by applicable law.
This does not affect statutory rights concerning defective or incorrectly supplied products.
6. Production and Delivery
Our products are designed and produced in Poland.
Standard orders are typically prepared within 1–2 business days. Custom orders usually require 3–4 business days.
We offer free worldwide shipping using available postal and courier services, including Poczta Polska / Global Express and FedEx.
Delivery times depend on the destination and shipping service. Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed.
AutoSkinz covers applicable customs duties and import taxes for the products currently offered in our store. Customers will not be charged additional import duties for these products.

7. Changes and Cancellations
Customers may request changes or cancellation before production begins.
Once production has started, changes or cancellation of personalized orders may not be possible, subject to applicable consumer protection laws.
Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to modify an order.
8. Returns and Refunds
We do not generally offer voluntary change-of-mind returns, except where we expressly agree otherwise or where returns are required by applicable law.
Consumers who have a statutory right of withdrawal, including eligible consumers in the European Union, may exercise that right within the applicable period, generally 14 days after receiving the goods.
Products genuinely made to individual specifications or clearly personalized may be excluded from statutory withdrawal rights where the relevant legal conditions are met.
Customers are responsible for the direct cost of return shipping for change-of-mind returns where permitted by law and where they have been informed of this cost in advance.
For voluntary returns agreed with AutoSkinz, any lawful deduction for original shipping costs will be communicated before the return is accepted.
Statutory refunds will be processed in accordance with applicable law. We will not deduct original shipping expenses where doing so would conflict with mandatory consumer rights.

9. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products
If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us at info@autoskinz.eu.
Include your order number, a description of the problem and photographs where possible.
We will assess the issue and provide an appropriate remedy, such as repair, replacement, price reduction or refund, in accordance with applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits your statutory consumer rights.
10. Installation and Product Care
Customers should follow the installation instructions supplied with their products.
Products should be applied to appropriately cleaned and prepared surfaces in accordance with the instructions.
Improper installation, unsuitable surfaces or use contrary to the supplied instructions may affect product performance.
This section does not exclude our responsibility for defective products or inadequate instructions where applicable law provides otherwise.
Customers are responsible for checking any local requirements concerning vehicle modifications, window visibility and the use of automotive graphics.
11. Intellectual Property
AutoSkinz owns or licenses the original content, photographs, product presentations and other materials displayed on its websites, except where otherwise indicated.
Our content may not be copied, reproduced or used commercially without the appropriate permission.
Customer-supplied materials remain subject to the rights of their respective owners.
12. Privacy
We process personal information to fulfill orders, communicate with customers and operate our business.

13. Applicable Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by Polish law.
However, this choice of law does not deprive consumers of mandatory protections available under the laws applicable to their purchases, including protections in their country of habitual residence where relevant.
Any disputes will be handled in accordance with applicable jurisdiction and consumer protection rules.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions when necessary.
The version applicable to an order will generally be the version in effect when that order was placed, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
